Amusement Parks In Southern California

Amusement parks in Southern California, knotts-berry-farm

Knott’s Berry Farm (Buena Park, CA)

Knott’s Berry Farm is the perfect place for families. The new addition to the park has been attracting more visitors, but the lines are still short, a lot shorter than Disneyland. The best time to go would be on Wednesday, avoiding long lines. In addition, it is less expensive than Disneyland. During October, Knott’s Scary Farm is a must see if you like scary stuff, of course, don’t go strolling with your kids in ghost town. Overall, Knott’s Berry Farm is affordable for small and large groups while still offering the fun and thrill you are seeking for.

Legoland California (Carlsbad, CA)

Have you ever built something with Legos? Was it fun? If building something with a 100 piece kit was fun, try walking around in Legoland that has over 57 million LEGO bricks! You will be astounded by what you can possibly build with Legos. This attraction is mainly built for kids, but I can guarantee adults would also have a blast just looking at the structures/characters and having fun with their kids. In addition to the park, there is Legoland waterpark where kids and adults can cool down during the summer heat. Overall, the price and food is relatively priced for a theme park.

Amusement parks in Southern California, castle-park

Castle Park (Riverside, CA)

The park has a medieval castle theme, which includes games, arcades, outdoor miniature golf courses, rollercoasters, and various amusement rides. The tickets can be relatively inexpensive if you purchase them online. Also, if you purchase tickets online, they will even give you a discount for their water park. With less than $100 you can probably bring your entire family here for a day worth of fun. The cons about Castle Park are their customer service and their rides (sometimes rides are down and they have limited big-boy rides). Overall, since their admission is inexpensive, given what they have to offer, it does not hurt to go out to pass time and have a little fun.
